Appointments & Clinic Policies

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to check in at the reception desk, and bring your valid green OHIP card. Failure to bring your OHIP card will result in a $100 fee. During your first visit, your specialist will address the concerns on your referral and discuss treatment options. Please note that our clinic is fragrance-free.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation, rescheduling request, or same-day change, either by phone or through the appointment reminder system. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $100 fee for OHIP-covered appointments. If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change a cosmetic appointment by emailing aesthetics@yorkderm.ca. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to fees, and repeated missed appointments may require prepayment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or shortened, and a $100 fee will apply.

Pricing is tailored to each treatment and is discussed at your consultation appointment. Because every patient’s skin is different, we do not provide pricing without a proper assessment.

If you notice signs of infection, such as increased redness or swelling, pus or drainage, fever, or pain that is not relieved by medication, contact our office immediately at (905) 883-7997 to book an assessment with our nursing team.
