Dr. Michael Cecchini is a board-certified dermatologist who graduated from the University of Toronto in 2019 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada. Born and raised in Timmins, Ontario, he attended the Northern Ontario School of Medicine in Sudbury, gaining hands-on experience in remote northern communities with a focus on francophone and Indigenous health.
In August 2020, Dr. Cecchini acquired York Dermatology Clinic & RC. In less than 24 months, the clinic grew into one of the busiest in the GTA, with multiple specialists under one roof focused on medical, surgical and investigative dermatology.
Together with Dr. Ralph George, a general surgeon specializing in HS, he manages one of the country’s largest groups of hidradenitis suppurativa patients.
